Madison, WI – 5/29/07 – “Chad Vader: Day Shift Manager” episode 1 won the highly prestigious “George Lucas Selects” award as an entrant in the Star Wars Fan Movie Challenge at Celebration IV in Los Angeles. The video was chosen out of 19 finalists by George Lucas himself. The award was accepted by Mike McCafferty, a Los Angeles actor and cast member of Chad Vader. The filmmakers, Matt Sloan and Aaron Yonda, are very honored and hope that this could lead to a possible collaboration with Lucasfilm.
