Chairman and Chief Executive Officer, R. Scott Trumbull stated, “With the doubling of Healy vapor recovery system sales over the last two years and the expected continued growth from several legislated initiatives around the world, we determined that the current facility was inadequate for our needs and that our customers would be best served by consolidating the Healy Systems production into our recently enlarged, state-of-the-art facility in Madison.”

Approximately 100 employees will be affected in Hudson. Those employees may interview for open positions in Madison and other Franklin facilities. In addition, affected employees that stay through the completion of the relocation will be offered transition packages and outplacement assistance.
