Esker Americas User Conference Addresses Demand for Inbound Document Processing

MADISON, Wis. and NAPLES, Fla.–(BUSINESS WIRE)–Esker, the leader in document process automation solutions, today kicked off its 2007 Esker Americas User Conference at the LaPlaya Beach & Golf Resort in Naples, Florida. In addition to networking events, a two full days of hands-on training is part of the conference schedule.


Esker offers end-to-end document process automation solutions and services that enable organizations to receive and send business-critical documents, regardless of source, directly into and out of enterprise applications.


The conference will leverage the Esker Quit Paper campaign and encourage attendees to continue on their path toward less paper and better business processes. New this year is a dedicated training track focused on inbound document processing to meet demand for training in this area. Nearly half of all attendees use Esker DeliveryWare to automate inbound (fax, email and scanned physical) document processes such as Sales Order processing and close to 75 per cent indicated an interest in inbound courses during registration.


Dedicated classes will also be focused on the variety of Software as a Service (SaaS) offerings for document delivery developed by Esker.


More than one-third of this years attendees represent organizations in the manufacturing and healthcare industries. In addition, 42 per cent of attendee organizations utilize SAP applications. Esker DeliveryWare is SAP-certified, allowing users to seamlessly transmit documents into and out of their SAP solution via fax, email and even physical mail.


The conference keynote speech will be delivered by Craig R. Christensen, the best-selling author of the business book, Who Moved My Cheese? Christensen is also Co-Founder and Senior Partner of Spencer Johnson Partners, a company founded to help organizations successfully deal with critical changes. His writings have been translated in over a dozen languages and are reviewed by over 500,000 professionals each year.
