Clement Publishing Group Announces Sale of Clement Communications to the Brady Corporation of Milwaukee

CONCORDVILLE, Pa., Feb. 5 /PRNewswire/ — Clement Publishing Group is streamlining for its future in business books summaries. On February 1, the family-owned group announced the sale of its safety and employee communications unit, Clement Communications, Incorporated, to the Brady Corporation of Milwaukee, Wisconsin, a world leader in identification solutions. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.

The Clement Publishing Group will restructure around its other unit, Soundview Executive Book Summaries, the world’s leader in business book summaries. Josh Clement was named President, with George Y. Clement continuing as Chairman and Rebecca Clement as Publisher.
