CHICAGO, IL and GREEN BAY, WI (June 6, 2007) — Bellin Health Fitness Center, a medical-based wellness center, and Destiny Health, an innovative wellness company with a proactive approach to healthcare, today announced a partnership that will offer members of The Destiny Health Empowerment Plan™ dues subsidies and discounted membership perks at Bellin Health Fitness Centers.

June 8, 2007, plan members who exercise at Bellin Health Fitness Center will receive a subsidy from Destiny Health on monthly membership dues and services at any of the three Bellin Fitness Center locations. Services include fitness classes, nutritional consultation and analysis, personal training, and athletic performance enhancement programs. Fitness assessments are also available at a discounted rate.

Subsidy amounts range from 40 percent to 90 percent of members’ monthly dues and costs for additional services, and are dependent on the member’s Vitality Status (Bronze, Silver, Gold or Platinum), a measure of engagement in The Destiny Health Empowerment Plan’s integrated wellness program, Vitality.

Vitality is at the core of The Destiny Health Empowerment Plan; along with the insurance options offered by the plan, it encourages members to make smarter choices and allows them to benefit from them.

“Committing to the care of your health is rewarding in itself.” says Art Carlos, CEO of Destiny Health. “The Destiny Health Empowerment Plan, in conjunction with Vitality, offers even more incentive to achieve a healthier lifestyle with tangible rewards. Our partnership with Bellin Health Fitness Center is exciting in that it will assist in the commitment of its member’s personal fitness goals and overall well-being by rewarding them for their efforts.”

“This partnership is well aligned with Bellin’s mission to engage individuals in their lifelong journey toward optimal health. The added incentives featured in the Vitality program will further encourage our members to start or continue their commitment to a healthier lifestyle,” states George Kerwin, Bellin Health President and CEO.
