MILWAUKEE, March 21 /PRNewswire/ — Anthem Blue Cross and Blue Shield in Wisconsin announced today that it has been awarded the prestigious Brand Excellence Award by the Blue Cross Blue Shield Association (BCBSA). The awards were presented by BCBSA at its Board of Directors meeting on March 14th.
The BCBSA Brand Excellence Awards are given in recognition of Blue Cross and Blue Shield companies that excel in developing and enhancing the overall image of the Blue Cross and Blue Shield Brands. The Brand Excellence Award winners were evaluated on six measures that represent Brand Excellence. Anthem Blue Cross and Blue Shield in Wisconsin is being recognized with a Brand Excellence Award in the Brand Extension category for attracting the highest number of members in Blue Cross and Blue Shield branded products, including dental, life, disability, pharmacy management and care management.
