APPLETON, WI – January 2005 – Pro Label Inc has purchased the assets and intellectual property of Xpanded Label Technology LLC. This acquisition allows Pro Label Inc. to provide a broader range of service and product offerings to former Xpanded Label Technology customers, while adding new technology to their current capabilities.

In addition to the assets and intellectual property, several key employees will be joining Pro Label Inc. as part of the transition plan. The Xpanded Label Technology name will be discontinued.
Founded in 1992, Pro Label Inc. is a manufacturer of custom pressure sensitive labels, coupons and specialty non-pressure sensitive products with facilities located in Appleton, WI.
