The creation of strategic account teams and improved market segmentation in the fourth quarter of 2005 further aligned the business with customer needs and helped strengthen the company’s leadership position in the computer and printer service parts industry.

In 2006, the company seeks to relocate its current headquarters in Madison , WI to a larger facility in order to accommodate its expansion plans.
“We are exploring options within the Madison area,” stated Spaanem. “Our goal has always been to fulfill 99.8% of our customers’ orders immediately. With the facility expansion we’re planning it will be hard to imagine a printer solution that we won’t have in stock.”
