MADISON, Wis., Dec. 5 /PRNewswire/ — Musicnotes, Inc. announced today it is offering a free download of sheet music for the Christmas classic, “It Came Upon a Midnight Clear” to all visitors to its website, http://www.musicnotes.com/ .
“It Came Upon a Midnight Clear” is currently available as Musicnotes’ December Free Sheet Music Song of the Month. It is the sixth song to be available since the launch of the monthly feature this past June, and will be available as a free download through December 31, 2006.
As is standard with Musicnotes’ monthly free offerings, the free download of “It Came Upon a Midnight Clear” is a new arrangement, never before available on Musicnotes.com. At the end of December the song will move into Musicnotes’ catalog of over 50,000 other “for purchase” titles, and will be replaced with the January Free Sheet Music Song of the Month.
