Madison, WI – Attorney Frank Yang has joined the Intellectual Property Practice Group at the law firm of Murphy Desmond S.C.
Registered to practice before the United States Patent and Trademark Office, Yang primarily represents clients in intellectual property matters. He has helped inventors apply for patents in many technical fields; advised clients on patentability and infringement issues; assisted clients with lawsuits involving patents, trademarks and trade secret; helped clients register their copyrights and trademarks; and helped clients with intellectual property transfer agreements. Yang has presented seminars on intellectual property issues. He earned his Bachelors Degree from the University of Illinois-Urbana, his Masters Degree from the University of Minnesota-Minneapolis, and his Law Degree from Northwestern University School of Law.
