Madison, WI – Wisconsin Collection Law, a leading publication of comprehensive collection law information written by Murphy Desmond S.C. attorney Bob Pasch, is now available in its 2nd Edition as Volumes 12 & 13 of the set of law publications called Wisconsin Practice Series.
The 2nd Edition highlights developments in collection law since the original edition was written by Pasch and published in 1993 as an individual book (not part of a series). Bob Pasch’s practice emphasizes collection and commercial law, creditors’ rights, business law and litigation and partnership litigation. He has earned various attorney recognition awards throughout his 34 years of practice including, most recently, Wisconsin Super Lawyer 2005. Pasch is a member of various bar sections and committees pertaining to creditors’ rights. He is a member of the Commercial Law League of America, International Commercial Collectors Association, National Association of Retail Collection Attorneys, ACA International, and the Conference on Consumer Finance. Pasch received his Bachelors Degree from Tulane University in Louisiana in 1968 and his Law Degree from the UW-Madison in 1972.
