The MIT Club of Wisconsin will host its annual Technology Achievement Awards banquet at 5:30 p.m. March 10 at the Country Springs Hotel in Waukesha.
The cost is $50 per individual, $90 for a couple or $360 for a table for eight.
The winners this year are Dr. James Dahlberg, a biomolecular chemist at UW-Madison; TomoTherapy, a young Madison cancer treatment machine maker;
and Johnson Controls of Milwaukee.
The keynote speaker for the gathering is Abbas Ourmazd, vice chancellor for research and dean of the graduate school at UW-Milwaukee. The title of his talk is “Turning Knowledge into Dollars.”
