Madison FEI Chapter Forming

A Madison area chapter for Financial Executive International (FEI) is
forming and is now extending an invitation to all South-Central
Wisconsin financial executives to attend an informational and networking
meeting on August 17th at the Madison Club.  FEI is the largest
association of financial executives in the world (www.fei.org
<
http://www.fei.org/> ) consisting of 15,000 peers – CFOs, VPs of
Finance, Treasurers, Controllers, Tax Executives, Academics and Audit
Committee members.

Madison Area financial executives have long seen the need for a
South-Central Wisconsin chapter.  According to Michael Jack, Sr. Vice
President & Controller of TDS, “A handful of us realized that the
business dynamics of the Madison area are different from other parts of
the state.  We saw a practical need for a Madison Chapter.”  Ken Minor,
CFO of Sonic Foundry, adds “FEI is the premier association of financial
executives offering excellent research, education, advocacy and
networking opportunities.”

This is an ideal opportunity to share and advance with your professional
peers – the ethics, high standards, and best practices in finance, working
towards the greater benefit of the local and international community.  In
forming the FEI Madison Chapter, FEI is committed to bringing together
financial executives locally and providing a unique forum for networking
and community influence.  For a limited time, FEI is waiving the $250
national fee for new FEI members associated with the Madison Chapter.
