Inacom Information Systems: Inacom Information Systems would like to Introduce their New Hires

Tom Arendt started at Inacom on Monday, February 27^th.  He is a Storage Solutions Consultant out of the Madison office. 

Tom comes to us from EMC where he was the District Service Manager.  He managed 13 Customer Service Engineers servicing 120 customer sites from three service offices in Wisconsin.  One of his responsibilities was maintaining or exceeding industry leading Customer Satisfaction ratings.  He also managed a comprehensive Change Control process that performed 10 to 15 complex installs, upgrades, reconfigurations and data migrations each week.   After 24 years in the Information Technology Industry, followed by a 3-year absence, he is absolutely thrilled with the opportunity to work with a dedicated and focused team of I.T. professionals again.

TJ Harris joined Inacom on February 27^th as a Systems Engineer in the Madison.  His former position was in the sunshine state as a Senior Implementation Specialist where he was responsible for the design, deployment and support of Avaya messaging solutions.  He looks forward to the team environment at Inacom.
