(Elm Grove, WI, January 3, 2006)—An educational speakers bureau–The Health & Wellness Council of Greater Milwaukee (HWCGM)–is offering free health education presentations to Milwaukee area companies.
The speakers bureau consists of a group of health professionals who volunteer their time to educate the public on natural solutions to many health concerns. They make their presentations at wellness meetings presented by local companies.
Topics include: on-the-job injuries, arthritis, carpal tunnel, chronic pain, high blood pressure, diabetes, fibromyalgia, headaches, breathing problems, balancing hormones naturally, weight loss, smoking cessation, stomach disorders, and the benefits of acupuncture.
The HWCGM also offers workshops for hands-on participation and teaches classes on how to relieve stress. “We also provide stress-relieving free trigger point massages to alleviate pain. These are offered to our community at health fairs, fundraisers and festivals, and business organizations,” says administrator Tammy Leiner.
