MADISON, Wis. (January 25, 2006) – Fitchburg Technology Campus announced today that Symphony Corporation, a developer of custom applications for clients needing specialized software, has joined the numerous other technology companies already located at the complex.

Symphony Corporation will occupy nearly 4,000 square feet on the 2nd floor of the Park Bank building located at the corner of Lacy Road and Research Park Drive. The need for additional space is a positive indicator for the success of Symphony’s business.

“ We are expanding to meet the needs of our international clientele,” said Ravi Kalla, President and CEO of Symphony Corporation. “Fitchburg Technology Campus provided us with the opportunity to customize our space to ensure that we can efficiently provide service to our clients, both locally and internationally.” The space is designed to allow for a large number of high bandwidth communication lines and
sophisticated video conferencing capabilities, a quality not found at pre-existing properties, to communicate with more than 100 of their employees working on client sites across the United States, the U.K. and Spain.

“Like many other technology companies, Symphony has special requirements to run their business efficiently. After an extensive search for accommodations, they determined they could not work with what already existed at other locations. The location of the Campus and their ability to customize the space was a great selling point,” said Karyl Lynn Bruckner, Project Manager for Fitchburg Technology Campus.

The Fitchburg Technology Campus is located just minutes south of Madison, Wisconsin, the campus houses numerous high-tech businesses and a retail center while also providing beautiful parks, recreational areas and residential offerings. With its close proximity to the University of Wisconsin-Madison, it also serves as a hotbed for biotechnological start-up firms.
