Announced in the January 2006 issue of CPA Wealth Provider, a supplement to Accounting Today, the CPA Wealth Provider Award recognizes CGFS, a wholly owned subsidiary of Clifton Gunderson LLP, in the CPA/Financial Planning Category. The implementation of GoFileRoom, a Web-based document storage and management system, was cited as an example of the firm’s commitment to client service and efficiency.
GoFileRoom stores and maintains electronic documents at secure data centers. Bank and brokerage statements, insurance documents, tax returns and other critical documents in electronic or paper form are entered into GoFileRoom, where they are accessible to CGFS financial services advisors anytime, anywhere via the Internet.
