MILWAUKEE , Wis. – Blue Marlin Corp., a leading designer of international vintage sport clothing, today announced that Craig Stoehr, chairman of The Milwaukee Mile motor speedway and a private investor and real estate developer, has agreed to acquire a 20 percent ownership interest in the company. Stoehr will also join the company’s board of directors.

Stoehr will make a low seven-figure investment in Blue Marlin, along with his two partners in Badger Pacific Equity Partners LLC, Frank Andrews, Jr. and David O. Stroud, who collectively sponsored The Milwaukee Mile transaction along with a group of prominent Wisconsin investors.
