The Greater Beloit Chamber of Commerce is pleased to be hosting the first ever food expo to promote the economic impact of the Food Technology Industry Cluster that exists in the eight county region surrounding Beloit, WI. Over 170 food processing and food technology companies employ more than 9,000 people in the region. The event will feature numerous educational breakout sessions as well as an EXPO area for food processors and vendors of related goods and services to exhibit. Shawn Redford, SPAM Museum and Archive Manager, will enlighten and entertain attendees with her luncheon keynote, “Building a Legacy – the SPAM Story.” The event is open to the public. However, pre-registration is required for most activities.
