MADISON – Whyte Hirschboeck Dudek S.C. announced today that attorney Thomas Godar has joined the firm’s Madison office labor and employment practice.

Godar’s practice spans both traditional labor law as well as all aspects of employment litigation and counseling. He has experience in nearly all forms of administrative, civil and litigation at the federal and state level, and has been involved in collective bargaining, union elections, discrimination and harassment claims, as well as executive compensation and wage and hour issues.

“Thomas is an accomplished labor and employment attorney who adds expertise in management labor law and employment discrimination to our firm,” said Michael Klinker, Whyte Hirschboeck Dudek, vice president.

Godar is a member of the Wisconsin Bar Association, Dane County Bar Association, Associated General Contractors of Wisconsin, and the U.S. and Madison Chapters of the Society of Human Resource Management.

Godar also has authored several publications and participated as a seminar leader or lecturer in more than 100 employee law-related meetings and functions.

Godar is a 1981 graduate of the University of Wisconsin Law School. He also holds a B.A. degree from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
