Whyte Hirschboeck Dudek Government Affairs Expands State, Local
Government Focus

January, 2005 – Madison, Wis. – Whyte Hirschboeck Dudek Government
Affairs LLC announced today that Bryan Brooks, chief of staff to former
state Sen. Mark Meyer (D-La Crosse), has joined its Madison office as a
senior associate focused on state and local government. Meyer now serves as
a PSC commissioner appointed by Gov. Jim Doyle.

“Bryan brings a great deal of experience and numerous bipartisan
relationships
that will prove integral to reinforcing an already strong government affairs
team,” said Mike Rogowski, head of WHD Government Affairs’ Madison office.

As Meyer’s chief of staff, Brooks worked closely with members of both
parties
and with the Doyle administration on numerous policy initiatives and
legislative proposals.
