Real estate attorney Nathaniel Hoffman brings broad range of experience

MILWAUKEE – Whyte Hirschboeck Dudek, S.C., announced today that attorney
Nathaniel A. Hoffman has joined the real estate practice group in Milwaukee.

³Nathaniel has a track record of creating solid, long-term relationships
with clients,² said Brad Dallet, chair of Whyte Hirschboeck Dudek¹s real
estate practice group. ³He is known for his ability to resolve issues and
provide creative solutions to complex real estate situations. He is a

Hoffman¹s real estate practice includes commercial, industrial, office, and
residential leasing and sales and related matters. He has represented
clients in transactions related to regional and neighborhood shopping malls,
office and industrial parks, residential and office condominiums and
residential subdivisions. Clients have included real estate developers,
property trusts, food store and other retail chains, financial institutions,
hospitals, mobile home parks, telecommunication companies and others.

He is a cum laude graduate of the University of Michigan Law School and a
summa cum laude, Phi Beta Kappa graduate of Yale University.
