Michael D. Rosenberg has joined the litigation team as an associate in the
Milwaukee office.

resolving disputes and counseling clients on pro-active measures to avoid
products liability litigation particularly in the asbestos area,² said Ann
Maher, Vice President of Whyte Hirschboeck Dudek¹s Litigation Department.
³His service on the ABA TIPS Asbestos Litigation Taskforce makes him a
valuable resource for clients concerned with the status of federal efforts
at tort reform and the ABA¹s efforts to control asbestos litigation. If
successful, these efforts will impact businesses that were involved in the
sale or supply of asbestos containing products and their insurers.²

In addition to asbestos-related cases, Rosenberg has defended a broad range
of other products liability and personal injury actions including workplace
accidents, slip and fall accidents, automobile and truck accidents, chemical
spills, and various alleged product-defect cases.

Rosenberg has been active in professional associations and served in several
leadership positions. He served on the State Bar of Wisconsin Board of
Governors for four years and for the past three years has been a delegate
from the State Bar to the ABA House of Delegates. Rosenberg is a member of
