The conference, moderated by former U. S. · “Communication Services Access — for Economic Advancement,” Thomas J Asp, Virchow, Krause & Company, LLP, Madison

“The Synergy Conference is part of a University of Wisconsin System and PK-16 Consortium initiative focused on enhancing the economic, social, professional, and cultural development of our nine county region in West Central Wisconsin,” said Douglas Pearson Jr., Interim Director of UW-Eau Claire Continuing Education. “As the host for this year’s event, UW-Eau Claire has built on insights gained from previous years and assembled compelling speakers who will share practical and positive approaches for addressing issues critical to sustainable economic growth and development.”

Beginning at 8:30 a.m. Wednesday, Sept. 14, the day-long conference will be immediately followed by the “Tastes of the Valleys” reception featuring regional cuisine. A half-day session dedicated to developing action plans and transferring “Synergy to Energy” will be held from 8:30 a.m. to noon Thursday, Sept. 15.
