Corporate Report Wisconsin Tallies Votes From Several Thousand Readers
MADISON, Wis., July ne6, 2005 – U.S. Cellular today announced it was named Wisconsin’s “Best Cellular Phone Firm” by thousands of Corporate Report Wisconsin readers. The publication is a statewide monthly business magazine published by Trails Media Group.
In March, Corporate Report Wisconsin asked its 30,000 subscribers to vote for the best companies in Wisconsin. The award program, Best of Wisconsin Business Awards 2005, was launched to celebrate the magazine’s 20th anniversary. Readers were asked to write-in their favorite businesses in 31 different categories, ranging from accounting firms to health insurance companies, to restaurants for business dinners.
According to Scott Klug, publisher of Corporate Report Wisconsin, “Our 30,000 subscribers are Wisconsin’s corporate leaders and small business owners. To be singled out by them is both a tribute to the winners and to Corporate Report Wisconsin. We thought our 20th anniversary year was the perfect opportunity to launch the ‘Best of Wisconsin’ awards.”
