SUN PRAIRIE, Wisconsin, June 27, 2005 – Trachte Building Systems has promoted two employees in the areas of accounting and manufacturing/engineering.
Bob Birnschein has recently accepted the position of Manufacturing Engineering Supervisor. In his new position, Bob will continue to support manufacturing with processes and documentation along with support for continuous improvement. Bob holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial/Technical Education from the University of Wisconsin-Platteville and brings extensive technical manufacturing research, design, and instructing experience to his position. Bob has been an integral part of the engineering department for the past year and Trachte looks forward to his future contributions to the company’s success.
Jill Hughes has become Trachte’s new Sales Tax Compliance manager. In this new capacity, Jill is responsible for reporting sales and use tax for Trachte Building Systems, Trac-Rite Door, Fire Facilities Inc., and Tactical Training Systems. These new responsibilities are in addition to her existing duties of credit and collections as credit manager. Hughes has been a valuable asset to the accounting department for close to two years.
