MILWAUKEE, WI – Schenck Business Solutions is pleased to announce that Karin M. Gale, CPA, CM&A, has recently joined the firm as a Shareholder. Gale was previously a Shareholder with Vrakas/Blum, S.C.
Gale specializes in assisting business owners and other individuals with buying and selling businesses. She also has significant experience serving as the lead business and financial advisor to middle market businesses. She will be based from Schenck’s Milwaukee office, and will lead the firm’s corporate finance practice in southeast Wisconsin as well as developing and serving Schenck’s other clients.
Gale has over twenty years of public accounting experience, and has held leadership positions in a number of professional and community organizations. These include president and board member of the Wisconsin Institute of CPAs, board member of the Alliance of Merger & Acquisition Advisors, chairperson of the Milwaukee County Economic Development Task Force, and president of the Independent Business Association of Wisconsin, among many others. She is also a past Milwaukee Business Journal 40 Under 40 Award Winner.
Gale also serves as a board member and the 2005 Campaign co-chair for the United Way in Waukesha County, and is a member of the Digestive Disease Center Advisory Board for the Medical College of Wisconsin. Gale, her husband Rick, and their two children live in West Allis.
