Scheibel Halaska: Hires Mark Mahoney as PR Account Executive

MILWAUKEE ‹ April 5, 2005 ‹ Scheibel Halaska Inc. has hired Mark H. Mahoney
as public relations account executive within the firm¹s integrated
business-to-business marketing communications offer.

Prior to joining Scheibel Halaska, he served as an account manager for the
Chicagoland firm of Fishman Public Relations. While at Fishman, he served as
the lead on accounts for well-known franchise companies, including Money
Mailer, Cartridge World and Houlihan¹s Restaurants. He supported the
business growth of his clients through strategic design and implementation
of media campaigns aimed specifically at building brand awareness.

³Mark¹s proven ability to strengthen brand awareness of national franchises
fits perfectly within our strategic brand-focused culture,² said Karl Robe,
public relations practice manager. ³The experience Mark gained while working
in the Chicagoland market with national news media and targeted trade media

Main responsibilities at SH for Mahoney include planning and execution of a
variety of client activities involving media and public relations strategy
development, handling media inquiries, and writing and editing client
material. He will work closely with other staff members to integrate public
relations into existing marketing communications efforts to further enhance
each client¹s brand development efforts.

Mahoney graduated from the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater with a
Bachelor of Arts degree in public relations and a minor in advertising.
