Acquisition of Privately Held Wingra Technologies Adds Two New Products to
Quest Migration Suite for Exchange
IRVINE, Calif., February 23, 2005 – Quest Software, Inc. (Nasdaq: QSFT), a leading provider of application, database and Windows management solutions, has expanded its portfolio of migration software products with the recent acquisition of Wingra Technologies, a privately held company based in Madison, Wisconsin. The people and products of Wingra are now part of the Windows Management group at Quest, bringing more than a decade of experience in migration across diverse messaging environments.
The newly acquired products include:
· GroupWise Migrator for Exchange – converts and moves user mailboxes and files from Novell GroupWise to Microsoft Exchange 2003 environments.
· Notes Migrator for Exchange – converts and moves mailboxes and files from Lotus Notes to Microsoft Exchange 2003.
