MILWAUKEE, Wis. – The national law firm of Quarles & Brady LLP today announced that attorneys Paul D. Bauer, Patrick S. Nolan, Daniel G. Radler, Hoyt R. Stastney and Kelly H. Twigger have been promoted to partner at the Firm’s Milwaukee office. They will officially become partners as of October 1, 2005.

· Paul D. Bauer – Bauer focuses his practice in the areas of commercial litigation and securities litigation, specializing in cases involving complex financial issues, including issues of investment management, trust investments, securities fraud, accounting fraud, accounting malpractice and actuarial negligence. He earned his bachelor’s degree from Princeton University, masters and Ph.D. from Duke University and law degree from Marquette University. Bauer is a resident of Wauwatosa.
· Patrick S. Nolan – Nolan focuses his practice in the areas of product liability and toxic tort litigation. In particular, he defends companies and individuals against product liability, toxic tort and personal injury claims throughout the country. He earned his bachelor’s degree from Boston College and his law degree from Marquette University. Nolan is a resident of Whitefish Bay.
· Daniel G. Radler – Radler focuses his practice on intellectual property law, including all aspects of patent procurement and licensing. He earned his bachelor’s and law degrees from Marquette University, and his master’s degree from the University of Wisconsin. Radler is a resident of Brookfield.
· Hoyt R. Stastney – Stastney focuses his practice in the areas of corporate finance/securities, financial institutions, privately held businesses and general corporate law. He earned his bachelor’s degree from the University of North Dakota and law degree from the University of Minnesota. Stastney is a resident of Mequon.
· Kelly H. Twigger – Twigger focuses her practice on defending corporate clients in class action litigation, complex litigation and advising and defending clients in matters involving the Uniform Commercial Code. She earned her bachelor’s degree from Washington University and law degree from Marquette University. Twigger is a resident of Milwaukee.
