MILWAUKEE, Wis. – The law firm of Quarles & Brady LLP today announced that partner Kathryn M. Buono has been named to the Firm’s Executive Committee. Buono also serves as Chair of the Firm’s Corporate Services Practice Group.

Buono focuses her practice in the areas of mergers and acquisitions and private equity investments. In addition, she has several years of experience litigating commercial disputes. Her experience includes representing buyers and sellers in acquisition and divesture transactions; representing individual investors, institutional investors and management in private equity investments; and advising publicly and privately held businesses in general corporate and commercial matters.

She is a member of the Milwaukee Bar Association, American Bar Association and State Bar of Wisconsin. Buono earned her bachelor’s degree from the University of Dayton and her law degree from Marquette University. She is a resident of Pewaukee.
