Construction is underway for a four-story, 94,000 square foot office building at 8040 Excelsior in Old Sauk Trails Park on Madison’s far west side, developed by The Gialamas Company. PLANNING Design Build, Inc., 901 Deming Way, is the design build firm.
Associated Bank, the anchor tenant, will occupy the entire first floor, which is approximately $20,000 square feet of space. There will also be a drive-up canopy. The Gialamas Company is currently leasing additional space.
PLANNING Design Build, Inc. is incorporating sustainable design features, including daylighting and glazing to reduce solar heat gain. The exterior will consist of glass curtain walls with metal panels. The building, to be completed next fall, will include underground parking.
