Madison, Wis., January 3, 2006 – Parts Now!, an international laser printer parts provider, announced the release of two new Online Training courses, as well as a new week of hands-on printer repair training classes.
The new Online Training courses – “Color Theory and Process” and the “HP Color LaserJet 4600 and 4650 Series” – are presented in a webinar format and are the first offered by Parts Now! that cover color laser printers. “Color Theory and Process” is the prerequisite for the Color LaserJet 4600/4650 course and future color laser printer courses.
“We’re excited to provide these new training opportunities online,” Parts Now! Director of Training Steve Geishirt said. “With the addition of color printer courses, our customers have a convenient way to add color laser printer repair to their repertoire.”
For those technicians that would like to learn printer repair in a classroom environment, Parts Now! is also offering three model-specific hands-on training courses in April. They will also offer a new course outlining MFP Fundamentals, which will provide students with a good overview on how to set up, use, and trouble-shoot and repair the scanner portion of MFP printers.
In addition to the MFP Fundamentals course, April courses will also feature the HP LaserJet 2100/2200/2300, HP LaserJet 4200/4300 series, and the HP Color LaserJet 4600/5500 series.
