Petershack, a partner in the Madison office of Michael Best & Friedrich LLP, recently obtained certification as a commercial arbitrator from the Institute of Conflict Management, LLC in San Diego, California. He arbitrates all types of business disputes and specializes in arbitrating technology and intellectual property disputes, including software contracts, information technology services provider agreements and copyright and trademarks clashes.
Mr. Petershack is a member of the firm’s intellectual property practice group and focuses his practice on copyright and trademark law as well as software and technology licensing agreements. Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Petershack was General Counsel for Epic Systems Corporation, a leading developer of software for the healthcare industry.
