Waukesha, WI (June 23, 2005) – Dan O’Callaghan recently joined the Waukesha office of Michael Best & Friedrich LLP as an associate in the Land & Resources Practice Group. Mr. O’Callaghan focuses his practice primarily in the areas of real estate, land use, and environmental law. He is a member of the American Institute of Certified Planners, the American Planning Association, and the Urban Land Institute.

Mr. O’Callaghan received his Juris Doctorate degree at the University of Wisconsin Law School and his B.B.A., cum laude, from the University of Wisconsin – Milwaukee in 2001. Prior to earning his degree from the University of Wisconsin Law School, Mr. O’Callaghan worked for the Milwaukee Department of City Development and served as secretary of the Board of Zoning Appeals for more than four years.

During law school, Mr. O’Callaghan served as an articles editor for the Wisconsin Law Review, was a member of the Moot Court Board, and interned with the Wisconsin Supreme Court.
