MADISON, Wis. (July 15, 2005) Life can be complex. Whether you¹re feeling
overwhelmed by time-consuming yard work or tired of running around town and
want convenient amenities and services, the Madison Area Builders
Association¹s 10th Annual Parade of Condominiums provides a simple way to
enjoy a simpler life.

The 29 Parade sites show attendees how yard work can be eliminated and
errands are made easy with close-by shopping. Sites are located in
Fitchburg, Lodi, Madison, Middleton, Oregon, Sun Prairie, Verona, Waunakee
and Wisconsin Dells. Parade attendees will be able to view a wide range of
condominium types include ranch, townhouse, duplex, triplex and modern
high-rise in a variety of styles including Modern, Prairie, 1920¹s
Traditional, Victorian/Farmhouse and more.

Parade attendees will also notice many single-family home features such as
granite countertops, hardwood floors, full basements, private entrances,
private courtyards and decks, attached two-car garages and three-season
sunrooms. Unique to the communities¹ locations are Capitol, lake, and
fairway views, access to golf, tennis, swimming pools, a woodchip trail
through a ten-acre conservancy, and shopping and entertainment venues within
walking distance. Shared amenities are abundant, too, and include community
areas, theatre rooms, fitness centers, libraries, kitchens, plasma TV
viewing areas and business centers.

The Parade of Condominiums runs July 30 through August 7. Hours are Monday
Friday, 3-8 p.m., and Saturday/Sunday, noon-6 p.m. Tickets are available in

of charge. Receive a complimentary Event Guide with ticket purchases, the
