MADISON, Wis. (May 6, 2005)– Lindsay, Stone & Briggs was among an elite group of creative stars honored in the coveted O’Toole Awards announced today by the American Association of Advertising Agencies. LSB was one of three agencies in the smaller agency category.
“The O’Toole is one of the most challenging awards in our industry because it honors excellence over a period of a calendar year,” said Mike Donahue, executive vice president, member services, of the AAAA.
Unlike other competitions where one piece of exceptionally creative work is recognized for its quality, the prestigious O’Toole award is given for a body of work which must span at least four different clients, giving it a much higher degree of difficulty than most other awards.
The competition has categories for large, medium and small firms. Lindsay, Stone & Briggs was selected as a finalist among those considered to be the best of the best in the small firms category. Winners were announced today at the Annual Meeting of the American Association of Advertising Agencies’ Management Conference in Bermuda.
Lindsay, Stone & Briggs is a brand development firm with divisions in brand strategy, new product development and brand communications serving marketers from the Fortune 100 to strong regional brands. The American Association of Advertising Agencies is the nation’s leading trade group.
