Madison, WI – May, 2005 – Inacom Information Systems, a business solutions provider specializing in technology consulting, education, and procurement, is pleased to announce that Teri Bruns has joined as Vice President of Solutions, Servers and Storage. Teri’s role at Inacom includes developing and refining the go-to-market strategy for the server and storage business. Additionally, she will be responsible for building market strategies across the ‘Best of Breed’ technologies through Inacom’s technology pillars.

“We are very excited to announce that Teri Bruns has joined the Inacom team as Vice President of Solutions, Servers and Storage,” states Inacom President, Frank Albi. “With her 25 years of technology experience, including the last decade at EMC Corporation, Teri will be able to help our customers leverage Best of Breed technologies in their organization.”

Prior to joining Inacom, Teri’s 25 year technology background included a wide range of leadership positions within world-wide, technology focused organizations such as EMC and Hitachi Data Systems. Teri’s background includes 10 years with EMC Corporation, first opening the Wisconsin territory as a Senior Account Executive. Over the past five years as District Sale Manager, she has led the sales efforts across the large Enterprise Accounts in Madison and Fox Valley. Teri was recognized among her peers as ‘Rookie of the Year,’ ‘Outstanding Sales Contributor’ and finally as ‘District Manager of the Year’ in 2003. Under Teri’s leadership, EMC’s revenue grew to almost 25 million and established EMC as the clear leader in the storage market.

Prior to EMC, Teri’s responsibilities included Regional Product Management and Systems Engineering for Hitachi Data Systems, HDS. Again, she was responsible for market penetration, as well as overall product management, for HDS’s storage solutions in the 10 state Midwest region.

Teri’s extensive IT background includes end-user technical responsibilities for IT Infrastructure at both General Casualty and the State of Wisconsin. Teri attended technical college in Fairfax, VA and majored in Business at Edgewood College. She serves on the Board of Directors for Sherman Plaza and Maple Bluff Country Club.

Personal interests include running (Madison Marathon 2003), golfing and gardening.
