MADISON, WI (December 19, 2005) – IMS, an Internet application development and consulting company based in Madison, announces Jason Fishbain has joined the company as Senior Project Manager. Fishbain brings IMS clients an extensive 12 year background in business analysis and technical documentation. He offers IMS a wealth of experience in client management, requirements gathering, and project management methodology.

Fishbain is a native Madisonian, returning from a seven year stint in the D.C. area where he managed large scale enterprise critical IT projects for a variety of public sector and financial services clients. Most recently Fishbain oversaw a small development team on the specification, development and implementation of a news item tracking application for one of the biggest engineering firms in the world, increasing the client’s efficiency in distributing information throughout their organization and decreasing administrative costs. He has a B.S. in Computer Science from Arizona State University and a M.S. in Information Technology Management from American University, Washington D.C.
