MADISON, WI (July 28, 2005) – Web application development firm, IMS, announces it has started work on the following projects.
University of Wisconsin – Madison School of Music
IMS will create a dynamic, user friendly Web solution for the UW School of Music with the ultimate aim to increase undergraduate enrollment. The new web application will provide clear and timely information for a variety of visitor constituencies, including potential students, current students, parents, donors, and the general public. The solution will also reduce costs, cycle time, and inconvenience of making content changes through the development of a content management system (CMS) that will allow the School of Music to make updates quickly and easily.

eDairy Inc.
IMS will conduct a full business process analysis in order to gather requirements for a custom Web site content management system. The goal of this project is to define and document the needs and functionality of the system with sufficient detail to clearly define the scope of developing and implementing such a system.
By conducting interviews with identified stakeholders across departments and practice areas IMS will determine the following:
The business goals and objectives of the project
Content types, formats, and maintenance processes (both current and envisioned)
User interface and graphical look & feel preferences
Workflow of the content development, editing, and publishing process (both current and envisioned)
Business process workflow
Visitor and administrator interaction with the system
Authentication requirements and security models

Jaeckle Wholesale
IMS will build a secure Extranet Application to allow Jaeckle customers the ability to download catalog sections, sales flyers and other material using a unique username/password. Customers will also be able to update and maintain their profile information via the web which will further integrate with their internal data system as well as their customer mailing list software.

Established and family owned since 1958, Jaeckle Wholesale Inc. is a wholesale distributor of floor covering products, decorative laminate, and cabinet hardware. Their marketing area includes all of Wisconsin, Minnesota, Upper Michigan, Illinois, and Missouri.

Tobacco Control Resource Center for Wisconsin
IMS will redesign TobWis.org the Wisconsin Online resource for providing anti smoking material and information to the public. As part of the project IMS will develop a fresh new look and reorganization the information architecture to provide a more intuitive and user friendly experience. Additional enhancements will include updates to their existing content management system as well as newly specified administration tools for their custom Web application.
