Milwaukee, Wisconsin (June 6, 2005). Godfrey & Kahn, S.C. is pleased to announce that Patricia Falb, a shareholder and member of the firm’s Corporate Law Practice Group in its Milwaukee office, has been selected for the Wisconsin Law Journal’s “Women in the Law”distinction, which honors women who have made significant contributions to the practice of law, to the courts and to their firms.

Falb is a member of the firm’s Board of Directors and Management Committee, and is Co-chair of its Recruiting Committee. She concentrates her practice in business law, with an emphasis in mergers and acquisitions.

A magna cum laude graduate of the University of Wisconsin Law School, Falb earned her undergraduate degree in business administration at the University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire. She is a member of the American Bar Association and the State Bar of Wisconsin.
