Milwaukee, Wisconsin (December 21, 2005). The law firm of Godfrey & Kahn, S.C. announced the addition of Danielle Machata to the Corporate Law Practice Group in the firm’s Milwaukee office.
Machata’s practice focuses on general corporate and securities law matters for both public and private companies, with an emphasis on mergers and acquisitions, private and public offerings of securities and public company securities compliance and reporting.
Prior to joining Godfrey & Kahn, S.C., Machata was an associate in the Corporate Finance Practice Group at Dykema, a law firm in Detroit, Michigan.
Machata is a member of the American Bar Association and the State Bars of Wisconsin and Michigan. She received her law degree, from American University, Washington College of Law, cum laude, and her bachelor’s degree from Michigan State University.
