Angela Rogers to Establish Presence in China
MILWAUKEE, WI (SEPTEMBER 13, 2005). The law firm of Godfrey & Kahn, S.C. announced the addition of Angela M. Rogers to its corporate practice. Rogers currently lives in Shanghai, China, where she is working to establish a representative office for the firm. Rogers previously worked at Godfrey & Kahn from 1998 to 2002.
Rogers’ practice is focused on business law, secured lending and commercial transactions, corporate finance and mergers and acquisitions.
Rogers graduated with distinction from the University of Iowa College of Law. She completed her undergraduate education at the University of Wisconsin-Madison, receiving her B.A. with distinction in Spanish and Political Science. Rogers is a member of the Shanghai American Chamber of Commerce, the Shanghai Expatriate Professional Women’s Society, the State Bar of Wisconsin, and the Milwaukee Bar Association.
