New trio of sales professionals joins staff
MIDDLETON, WI, August 2, 2005—Full Compass Systems, Ltd. National Sales Manager John Vitale announced today that Manny Figueroa, Shawn Tallard, and Erin Pray have joined the company’s national sales team, bringing the total number of on-site sales professionals dedicated to the US domestic market to 31.
“We’re blessed here at Full Compass, business is very good,” Vitale said shortly after making news of the appointments public. “Bringing Erin, Manny, and Shawn into the national sales fold was really just a natural progression based upon their advancing talents and the needs of our own plans for further expansion. All of them are thorough, dedicated professionals; I have full confidence that they’ll do more than we expect.”
Manny Figueroa is a three-year veteran of the Full Compass staff who has worked in discount and wholesale sales, as well as Compass Xpress. Well-liked by fellow workers and customers alike, outside of his national sales duties, he will be working with Luis Acosta to develop more business in Latin America and to better serve Full Compass’ Spanish-speaking customers in their native tongue.
Shawn Tallard worked at Full Compass’ retail counter for almost three years before making the jump to national sales. While at the retail desk, he became a member of Full Compass’ Million Dollar Club, a group of sales professionals who, as the name implies, rack up a million dollars worth of sales or more within a single fiscal year. A feat seldom accomplished in the history of Full Compass retail sales, Tallard’s Million Dollar Club status was complemented nicely by his latest achievement, being named Sales Person of the Month.
A native of Madison, WI who has lived in LA, Erin Pray is known for her personable and helpful approach to sales, and skills as a fundraiser. Currently in the process of helping Full Compass employees gather funds to build Habitat for Humanity homes for families left homeless by last year’s devastating tsunami in Southeast Asia, she comes to her new national sales post from Full Compass’ Compass Xpress, the company’s rapid-service sales arm dedicated to low prices and extended hours of operation.
