SUN PRAIRIE – August 15, 2005 – Market Street Diner, the newest idea from
Food Fight, Inc., is under construction at 110 Market Street downtown Sun
Prairie. Slated to open this fall, Market Street Diner will be fashioned
after Hubbard Avenue Diner, located in Middleton. The 5600-sq/ft. full
service restaurant will be open 7 days a week serving breakfast, lunch,
dinner, and weekend brunch.

Two special features will be a call-ahead drive up window and a private
25-seat room for business meetings and private functions. The menu will
feature diner classics along with innovative sandwiches, salads and
entrees. The menu will also include a traditional Friday night Fish Fry
along with other nightly specials. The Diner’s Pie and Ice Cream counter
will offer our Famous Pies, breakfast rolls, scones, muffins, shakes,
malts, cookies, and other pastries. Market Street Diner will employ 50-55
people, full and part time, from Sun Prairie and the surrounding area.

“We look forward to becoming part of the community; I have been a resident
here for over a year and am very impressed with the community support in
Sun Prairie. I would like to see the diner be that local place to which
everyone comes, to meet with friends or just a place you can come to see a
smiling face.” says Brandon Bay, General Manager, Market Street Diner. “I
have been in the industry for a long time and have learned the number one
reason someone pursues this career is, the people. Our philosophy will be
every time a person walks through the diner doors it will be like walking
into our home, we want them to be comfortable and have a great
experience.”

Market Street Bakery – Located in the 3400 sq/ft lower level of the Market
Street Diner will be a wholesale bakery featuring homemade pies, breads,
cakes, scones, and other pastries. The bakery will deliver to Sun Prairie
and surrounding area retail food locations. The bakery will also contain
a cake decorating room with the capability to produce wedding and special
occasion cakes. Market Street Bakery will employ 5 -10 people full and
part time from Sun Prairie and the surrounding area.
