MADISON, September 23, 2005 – First Business Bank announced today that Paul Prust has accepted the position of Courier Supervisor, Noelia Martinez has been hired as Credit Analyst, and Brian Shaffer has been promoted to Operations Supervisor / Assistant Vice President – Operations.

Paul has been with the First Business family of companies for over nine years. He recently worked as a Collateral Analyst with First Business Capital Corp., and prior to that worked as a Client Services Representative for First Business Bank. He is a graduate of Madison Business College with an Associates degree in Accounting and Business Management. Paul volunteers his time with the United Way and Humane Society.

Noelia has worked in the banking industry for over five years, most recently working as a Credit Officer at a bank in Puerto Rico. She majored in finance, holding both a BBA and MBA from the University of Puerto Rico. Noelia volunteers her time with the Red Cross as a Family Advocate for the Well-Child Clinics.

Brian has been with First Business Bank for over nine years. He has over 13 years of banking experience and most recently worked as the Deposit Operations Officer for First Business Bank. Brian holds a business degree from Madison Business College.
