Dept. of Commerce: Governor Doyle Announces Minority Business Development Loan

MADISON – Governor Jim Doyle announced today that JC Trucking Services, LLC,
West Allis, Milwaukee County, will receive a $35,000 loan from the
Department of Commerce (Commerce) Minority Business Development (MBD)
program. The loan was approved at the MBD meeting held today in Madison.

“My Grow Wisconsin plan calls for promoting entrepreneurship and expanding
the economic opportunities for minority-owned businesses,” Governor Doyle
said. “I am pleased that we can assist in the continued growth of this
company.”

JC Trucking Services, LLC transports waste, construction materials and road
salt throughout Southeastern Wisconsin. The company will use the funds to
purchase equipment. The project will create one job and retain one job. The
total project cost is $161,000.
