Madison, Wisconsin (January 21, 2005) – Bock Water Heaters proudly announces the release of a third new atmospheric natural gas water heaters – the 75G-8, to compliment their 80G and 115G models introduced in July of 2004. Enhanced performance, higher delivery and increased thermal efficiency to meet new Department of Energy specifications for water heaters are behind the development of these new models.
Specifications for the 75G-8: Delivery over 1 hour @ 90°F temperature rise: 144 gallons, Thermal Efficiency: 80%, BTU Input: 135,000, Height: 65-1/2”, Diameter: 26”.
The 75G-8 features the White Rodgers # WR11E79-301 temperature control; with combined averager, high limit, better set-point accuracy and internal step-down transformer for lowers operating costs. The burner control is a Honeywell S8600H. In addition, the 75G-8 incorporates alternate hot and cold connections at the front of the unit and is UL listed.
