The results of the audit contribute to Berbee data center clients’ efforts to prove IT control in audits of their own corporate governance, including client audits of compliance with Sarbanes-Oxley legislation.

The SAS 70 Type II audit and the SysTrust Certification are recognized as the authoritative benchmarks of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA) against which service providers report control activities and processes to customers and their auditors.
