This month alinea project solutions proudly celebrates our first anniversary providing results driven project management to clients across the Milwaukee area.

alinea project solutions partners with individuals, companies and non-profits to launch new initiatives, raise money and implement tools to achieve better results. Two simple, but significant goals — producing tangible results and exceeding client expectations — drive alinea project solutions. Deborah Lukovich, President and founder, notes, “We don’t rest until our work has had a demonstrable impact on the client organization.”

A sampling of the organizations served by alinea project solutions recently appears below:

· West End Development Corporation is fast becoming Milwaukee’s premier community development organization, and is poised to have a significant impact on Milwaukee’s near west side. The organization has hired alinea project solutions to develop and implement a business plan and fund development plan in order to diversify its revenue mix and increase its profit-generating activities. “We play the role of development director for West End, helping develop relationships and perform fund development tasks, says Ms. Lukovich.

· Celebrating their twentieth anniversary this year, The Open Gate, Milwaukee’s first transitional living facility, provides essential services to the homeless. alinea project solutions created a tool to track foundation work and continues to fill the role of fund development director for the organization.

· Reconstruct, Inc. is poised to launch a small business that will provide full-time employment for four men with histories of substance abuse and incarceration transitioning back into our community. alinea project solutions completed an organizational assessment, developed a business plan and continues to perform fund development tasks as well as manage the launch of the new business.
